What we keep, and why

A short, honest list. We are a small studio, not an advertising business, and we do not sell anything about you.

Last updated 5 September 2026. Written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you buy.

1

What we hold

Your email and password (hashed, never readable), and anything you choose to add: name, company, country.

What you upload: music, photographs of people, footage, manuscripts. These exist to make your films.

What you make: briefs, storyboards, stills and finished films.

How you use the studio: when you log in, from what kind of device and roughly where, what you did and when. This is how we spot a stranger in your account and how we fix things when they break.

2

Photographs of people

Photographs of a person are used to make that person's likeness in your films and for nothing else. They are never used to train anything, never sold, and never shown to another customer.

Delete a person and their photographs are deleted with them. Photographs not used for twelve months are deleted automatically.

3

Who else sees it

The services that render your film see the parts of it they need to, for as long as it takes to make it. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our machines.

Nobody else. We do not sell or share your data, and there is no advertising network on this site.

4

Your rights

Ask for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or delete your account and everything in it, from your account page or by email. We answer within thirty days.

5

Cookies

Start

Tell us the film. The storyboard is free.

You will get a director’s questions, a full storyboard as a page and a PDF, and three fixed quotes. Nothing is made and nothing is charged until you choose one.
